To The Sky:: Royed Roughpaint

Edward peered at the pale hand extended to him, watching as a beautifully serene smile found its way onto Roy's features as the dark haired male turned to look at him, divine and radiant in the soft pink glow of the sky. Ed blinked, memories rushing forth. Triggered single-handedly by that one simple smile; there were sad ones and of course there were happy ones, ones that were bittersweet. And each and every single one of them held their own purpose, their own special meaning to the blond male. He cherished them all, and that just made him cherish Roy all the more. Because without the sad times, how would there be happy times? And as Ed came to think of it, how could there be happy times if there was no Roy? He contemplated all of this and Ed just knew.

"Roy? I think I love you."

And Roy Mustang didn't even falter- his reply was instantaneous. Sweet and absolute. "I love you too Fullmetal."

And thus concludes me ever trying to write anymore fanfiction ever again.

I wanted to paint clouds, and I wanted pretty pinks and blues. So I just took a break from my current project and sat down for the evening to paint this. //no it really was originally just going to be pretty landscape and pretty clouds// I just finished FMA: B for the (third?) time recently, and I'm a pretty hardcore Royed shipper. Yeah....

For tumblr I will animate in the text, minus most of the long intro. So if you want to share the image, hold yo horses- I'll have it done tomorrow.
